This is my first post, was actually waiting for my Certification Exam to have a good start here.
I'm now an Adobe® Flex 3 with AIR Certified Expert!!! Wooot wooooot!
Which is really cool... I've always tried to keep in mind that being certified on something is actually not that important, as long as you can do the job and well.
I must confess that the Flex 3 certification proved to be more than just a simple certification, most of people say it's not a big deal, but in my opinion was a pretty hard exam, regarding the huge contents and the vast amount of features that Flex has to offer, now that it's "sealed" and I don't have to worry about it anymore I feel like moving to the next chapter and as a piece of advice I'd suggest to anybody that has applied to the exam to be prepared, the questions are very tricky and you can easily pick the wrong answer (what I like to call "pisar na casca de banana" and that would translate more or less "step on to a banana skin").
